Welcome to Top Scrap Car. By accessing our website, requesting a cash quote, or booking vehicle removal and towing services across Newmarket, Brampton, and the Greater Toronto Area, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Top Scrap Car via phone, online forms, or in-person pickup services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Vehicle Quotes and Valuation

All cash quotes provided over the phone or via our website are estimates based on the vehicle details (year, make, model, and condition) provided by the customer, alongside current scrap metal market rates.

• Quotes are valid for the specific day they are issued due to fluctuations in scrap metal commodity markets.
• If the actual condition, weight, or parts of the vehicle differ significantly from what was described during the quote request, our driver reserves the right to adjust the offer upon physical inspection.

3. Free Towing and Pickup Services

We provide 100% free towing and vehicle removal for all accepted cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs within our designated service areas (Newmarket, Brampton, and surrounding GTA regions). There are no hidden fees or towing deductions from your agreed-upon cash payout.

4. Vehicle Ownership and Documentation

To legally sell or dispose of a vehicle to Top Scrap Car, the customer must meet the following legal requirements:

• You must be the registered legal owner of the vehicle or possess explicit, verifiable authorization to act on behalf of the owner.
• You must provide valid government-issued photo identification and appropriate proof of vehicle ownership (such as a vehicle permit or registration) at the time of pickup.
• You agree to remove your license plates prior to the vehicle being loaded onto the tow truck, and you are responsible for handling plate returns or transfers with ServiceOntario.

5. Personal Property Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, electronics, and garage door openers from the vehicle prior to pickup. Top Scrap Car and its drivers assume no liability for items left inside the vehicle once it has been towed from the premises.

6. Limitation of Liability

Top Scrap Car is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the agreed cash value of the vehicle being purchased or removed.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
